This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Oversee the daily Human Resources operations throughout the Firm
β’ Create scalable people practices that enhance business growth and employee experience
β’ Provide guidance to Firm leadership on compensation, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, organizational design, and people-related risks
β’ Convert business priorities into HR strategies, programs, policies, and workforce solutions
β’ Assist with HR due diligence, workforce assessments, organizational design, and integration planning
β’ Collaborate with leaders to develop high-performing teams and manage organizational changes
β’ Direct the design, administration, and development of the global compensation strategy and programs
β’ Establish and maintain job architecture, career levels, salary structures, compensation bands, market-pricing methodologies, and governance practices
β’ Conduct compensation benchmarking and market analysis
β’ Manage annual compensation processes, including merit increases, promotions, market adjustments, and incentive compensation
β’ Counsel leaders on compensation decisions, pay positioning, internal equity, retention, and pay-for-performance strategies
β’ Work alongside Finance and leadership on compensation budgeting, modeling, workforce cost analysis, and forecasting
β’ Ensure adherence to pay equity, pay transparency, wage and hour regulations, and other compensation requirements
β’ Align HR functions such as Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, HR Technology, Employee Engagement, and Workforce Planning
β’ Promote process integration, standardization, and continuous improvement throughout the employee lifecycle
β’ Lead cross-border employment practices, international HR operations, and country-specific workforce considerations
β’ Develop global HR policies and governance frameworks that meet local legal, regulatory, and cultural requirements
β’ Provide advice on global workforce risks, international expansion, organizational structures, and employment considerations
β’ A minimum of 12 years of progressive Human Resources experience, with at least 7 years in leadership roles
β’ Proven experience working directly with senior executives and business leaders on strategic and complex people issues
β’ Practical expertise in compensation strategy, design, and administration, including market pricing, benchmarking, salary structures, job architecture and leveling, annual compensation cycles, and pay equity
β’ Experience in designing and managing compensation programs that balance market competitiveness, internal equity, performance, and financial considerations
β’ Extensive global HR leadership experience across various countries or jurisdictions
β’ Familiarity with international employment practices, regulatory requirements, and workforce governance
β’ Experience in developing and implementing global HR policies, programs, and scalable workforce practices
β’ Proficient in employee relations, organizational effectiveness, HR operations, and workforce governance
β’ Experience in leading or supporting organizational change, transformation, and workforce planning initiatives
β’ Strong understanding of U.S. employment law and international employment requirements
β’ Exceptional analytical and business acumen, utilizing compensation and workforce data for executive decision-making
β’ Capability to translate business strategy into scalable people solutions
β’ Preferred: experience in professional services, consulting, accounting, or another knowledge-based organization
β’ Preferred: experience with mergers, acquisitions, workforce integrations, or organizational restructuring
β’ Preferred: experience in implementing or optimizing HR technologies, compensation systems, and workforce analytics solutions
β’ Preferred: SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CCP, GRP, or similar HR or compensation certification
