This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and manage all components of the employee life cycle for a geographically dispersed workforce.
• Supervise essential HR operations, ensure multi-state compliance, and oversee compensation and benefits programs, along with HR policies.
• Provide support to people managers through coaching, training initiatives, strategic workforce planning, and the execution of change management.
• Collaborate with Finance and Operations to create a premier remote working environment.
• Work alongside, oversee, and nurture the HR Generalist.
• Enhance the employee experience, performance management, onboarding and orientation processes, recruitment, and internal events.
• Acquire knowledge and optimize HR systems to facilitate a well-connected distributed workforce.
• Partner with the CHRO to apply organizational design modifications utilizing change management best practices.
• Collaborate with the CHRO and general counsel to establish best practices for managing organizational risk.
• 8–10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Profound understanding of the entire employee lifecycle.
• Demonstrated success in managing and developing direct reports.
• Experience in translating high-level talent strategies into scalable operational plans.
• Background in project and change management.
• Proven experience in building, refining, and modernizing HR processes and software platforms.
• Strong technical expertise in compensation, benefits administration, and market benchmarking.
• Experience in managing relationships with vendors and consultants.
• In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Familiarity with multi-state labor compliance standards and organizational risk management practices.
• Ability to handle complex workplace conflicts and sensitive employee relations issues.
• High levels of integrity and discretion in managing sensitive and confidential information.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capacity to prioritize competing demands, articulate trade-offs, and meet deadlines.
