πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Construct and expand the People function during a pivotal phase of company growth.

β€’ Align People initiatives with the organization's objectives, company culture, and employee involvement.

β€’ Collaborate with leadership to enhance quality hiring while upholding a high talent standard.

β€’ Oversee and nurture the internal Talent team, creating an efficient hiring process.

β€’ Provide a consistent, high-quality experience for candidates.

β€’ Create a top-tier onboarding program.

β€’ Mentor and develop managers on effective leadership practices.

β€’ Establish scalable leadership development programs and recognize high-potential talent.

β€’ Work alongside the CEO and leadership team on organizational structure and succession planning.

β€’ Enhance and expand a fast-paced, high-ownership, and collaborative culture.

β€’ Foster employee engagement and develop feedback programs suitable for a fully remote setting.

β€’ Design and refine performance management programs.

β€’ Assist managers with goal setting, feedback, and performance discussions.

β€’ Utilize performance and feedback data to guide development plans and organizational strategies.

β€’ Oversee compensation and benefits programs.

β€’ Provide reports on headcount, turnover, hiring, and performance KPIs.

β€’ Manage the company’s HCM (Rippling), employee leave, and relations.

β€’ Ensure adherence to employment laws and best practices.

β€’ Travel occasionally to professional office locations and various local and national events, including some overnight trips.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 5 years of experience in People/HR leadership roles, particularly in high-growth settings.

β€’ Experience in startup and rapidly growing technology companies (cybersecurity experience is advantageous).

β€’ Demonstrated success in developing high-performing teams, both across the business and within the team itself.

β€’ Proven capability to influence and drive decisions at senior leadership levels.

β€’ Strong judgment, a sense of ownership, and the ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment.

β€’ Strategic mindset, robust business acumen, and the ability to translate a vision into actionable steps.

β€’ Outstanding relationship-building, communication, strategic people partnering, and coaching skills.

β€’ Highly organized with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
