This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
β’ Take ownership of OurFamilyWizard's growth strategy from start to finish, reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer while collaborating with Marketing on acquisition, lifecycle, and brand initiatives.
β’ Define conversion and monetization priorities, leading execution across direct-to-consumer, professionally referred, and court-directed pathways.
β’ Create shared metrics, develop a high-velocity experiment portfolio, and conduct regular growth reviews.
β’ Link acquisition strategies and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) with activation, conversion, engagement, and retention metrics.
β’ Oversee pricing, packaging, and monetization of new products across app stores and the web.
β’ Assess tier value, upgrade paths, and pricing adjustments using insights from customers and unit economics.
β’ Enhance engagement and referral processes among attorneys, mediators, therapists, custody evaluators, and courts.
β’ Streamline the transition from recommendations or mandates to long-term customer value.
β’ Collaborate on professional product strategy to provide guidance on pricing, value, and monetization of new offerings.
β’ Partner with Data, AI, Marketing, and Engineering teams to enhance experimentation, instrumentation, segmentation, and lifecycle capabilities.
β’ Develop a replicable strategy for international expansion and create an agile conversion funnel technology stack that can scale across brands.
β’ Align Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Data teams around mutual priorities, translating strategy into experiments and measurable results.
β’ Utilize AI for research, modeling, and experimentation purposes.
β’ 7β10+ years of experience in building and leading consumer growth or monetization strategies, with accountability for measurable outcomes throughout the entire funnel.
β’ Direct ownership of subscription pricing or packaging decisions, including price changes, repackaging, or new-product monetization, along with insights from past challenges.
β’ Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of CAC, LTV, retention, payback, ARPU, and cohort performance metrics.
β’ Exceptional data fluency and expertise in statistical analysis.
β’ Outstanding communication and influencing abilities.
β’ Hands-on project management experience and the capacity to work effectively with engineering teams, from managers to individual contributors.
β’ Technical fluency that fosters seamless collaboration with engineering partners.
β’ Knowledge of App Store, Google Play, and web subscription mechanics.
β’ Experience with B2B2C growth, professional referral networks, international expansion, or high-trust products is highly advantageous.
