This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the managed Growth operating plan for FQHC business, Tribal Health, and the expansion of rural networks, along with acquiring mission-aligned organizations.
• Be responsible for OKRs, KPIs, managed-team ARR achievement, goals for qualified pipeline, and the narrative surrounding patient impact.
• Convert a multi-year growth strategy into actionable quarterly execution priorities.
• Assess performance and identify intervention needs by analyzing pipeline quality, seller performance, demand-source conversion, partner signals, and customer readiness.
• Relay outcomes, risks, trade-offs, resource requirements, and decisions to the Chief Growth Officer and the leadership team.
• Oversee sellers and Growth Marketing through effective coaching, feedback, and accountability for performance.
• Foster the development of team members through 1:1 meetings, call reviews, deal assessments, onboarding milestones, ramp plans, territory strategies, and growth initiatives.
• Assist in defining the future structure of the Growth team, including hiring profiles and management systems.
• Manage the new-business sales operating system, which includes pipeline inspection, forecast discipline, deal evaluations, HubSpot maintenance, and weekly execution rhythms.
• Transform demand-generation activities, conferences, content, campaigns, website journeys, referrals, partner signals, and outbound efforts into a robust qualified pipeline and revenue.
• Enhance repeatable FQHC growth strategies and develop capacity and scaling models for sellers by 2027.
• Convert market-readiness signals into Growth coverage, operational cadence, capacity planning, and handoff strategies.
• Evaluate team performance, pipeline quality, regional coverage, marketing assets, conference follow-ups, and demand sources.
• Establish weekly routines for coaching, pipeline inspections, forecast reviews, deal coaching, and demand follow-ups.
• Cultivate product and market expertise, territory strategies, hiring plans, scaling models, and performance scorecards.
• 8–12+ years of experience in B2B Growth, Sales, Revenue, GTM, Demand Generation, or related commercial leadership roles.
• At least 3 years of direct management experience with quota-carrying sellers or equivalent revenue-generating team members.
• Proven track record of increasing ownership of revenue, ARR, bookings, qualified pipeline, or growth objectives.
• Demonstrated capability to coach for performance, enhance pipeline discipline, develop talent, make resource trade-offs, and navigate ambiguity.
• Minimum of 2 years in Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, Field Marketing, Revenue Marketing, or related demand-to-pipeline roles.
• Experience in converting conferences, campaigns, content, website journeys, referrals, partner signals, or outbound initiatives into qualified pipeline and revenue results.
• Proven success in selling to or managing teams that target resource-constrained, mission-driven, multi-stakeholder B2B buyers.
• Familiarity with community health centers, safety-net health systems, public-sector entities, or other complex organizations requiring consultative, multi-stakeholder decision support.
• Experience in building or significantly enhancing a sales operating system, encompassing CRM hygiene, pipeline assessments, forecast discipline, territory focus, deal strategies, and executive reporting.
• Strong alignment with CareMessage’s health-equity mission.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Willingness to travel regularly, at least once a month for 2–3 days.
