This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Take charge of the ERP implementation strategy and execution, encompassing readiness assessment, configuration, testing, training, go-live, stabilization, and transition to support.
β’ Conduct tollgate governance, lead reviews and steering committees, and provide evidence-based go/no-go recommendations.
β’ Manage OpCo leaders, functional teams, technical resources, vendors, and contractors.
β’ Configure ERP systems in alignment with Orionβs approved global framework and convert business requirements into testable configurations.
β’ Oversee configuration changes, approvals, testing, version control, and maintain audit trails.
β’ Create test plans and lead functional, integration, end-to-end, security, user acceptance, regression, and cutover testing.
β’ Validate transaction lifecycles, system calculations, accounting entries, approvals, reports, and data that has been migrated.
β’ Facilitate defect resolution and ensure migrated data aligns with legacy systems and financial records.
β’ Implement continuity controls and track revenue, billing, cash collection, purchasing, payroll, job costing, WIP, project margins, service activities, and financial closure.
β’ Provide role-based training, documentation, user guides, go-live support, coaching, triage, and problem resolution.
β’ Monitor adoption, support trends, process compliance, and business outcomes; implement corrective measures as necessary.
β’ Lead stabilization efforts and transition OpCos to a sustainable support model.
β’ A minimum of 7 years of experience in ERP implementation, accounting transformation, construction finance, or enterprise systems.
β’ Proven experience in leading full-cycle ERP implementations, including configuration, testing, training, go-live, and stabilization.
β’ Practical experience in configuring and testing ERP systems and validating migrated data.
β’ Direct experience with order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, financial closure, and construction WIP accounting.
β’ Strong knowledge of job costing, percentage-of-completion revenue recognition, over/under billings, retainage, committed costs, and project margin analysis.
β’ Proficient in reconciling migrated data with job-cost reports, WIP schedules, subledgers, trial balances, and the general ledger.
β’ Proven track record of taking ownership of complex delivery outcomes, solving cross-functional issues, enforcing accountability, and clearly communicating recommendations to executives.
