This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the technical team in the US, along with associated nearshore and contractor resources.
• Establish clear expectations, provide ongoing coaching, oversee career development, and align individual objectives with the business vision.
• Take ownership of delivery quality across all client engagements.
• Define technical standards and evaluate architectures.
• Ensure that deployments surpass the promised value for clients.
• Offer hands-on delivery support as necessary, while managing and removing obstacles rather than acting as the primary builder.
• Participate in sales cycles after accounts have been sold to identify and secure expansion opportunities.
• Act as the technical authority for reviewing scopes and statements of work (SOWs) prior to client delivery.
• Convert technical strategy into business value for enterprise stakeholders.
• Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), playbooks, and capacity planning processes.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and the Global Product team on priorities and market insights.
• Drive expansion of recurring revenue, enhance delivery quality and margins, and retain the technical team.
• Over 6 years of experience in data, cloud, analytics, or AI delivery.
• A minimum of 3 years in leadership and personnel development.
• Proven experience in managing and scaling technical teams, including nearshore or contractor models.
• Technical proficiency in cloud architecture, with a strong preference for GCP.
• Technical expertise in BigQuery and data warehousing.
• Technical knowledge in modern AI/ML, including large language models (LLMs) and generative AI.
• Ability to guide and critically assess architectural decisions.
• Client-facing experience in translating technical strategy into business value for enterprise stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with sales on scoping, pricing, and finalizing technical engagements.
• Experience in reviewing SOWs for feasibility of delivery.
• Strong understanding of data-as-a-service models and contemporary AI deployment practices.
• Excellent communication skills and executive presence.
• Fluent in English.
• Preferred: experience in a digital marketing agency, data consultancy, or technology services firm serving enterprise clients.
• Preferred: GCP Professional certification or equivalent demonstrated expertise.
• Preferred: familiarity with AEO, GEO, and enterprise AI platforms such as Gemini Enterprise.
• Preferred: hands-on experience with agentic AI tools, such as Claude Code.
• Preferred: background in full-stack development or MLOps.
• Preferred: experience within MarTech/AdTech and the Google marketing ecosystem.
• Preferred: comfort in operating within a matrixed, global organization.
