Senior Machine Learning Engineer – AWS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia, +6 more countries.

📋 Description

• Guide and mentor a junior team in the development and enhancement of Machine Learning models.

• Support the training of models using Amazon SageMaker, ensuring adherence to best practices in experimentation and reproducibility.

• Participate in the deployment of models on Amazon SageMaker and assist the team throughout the production process.

• Define and advocate for best practices in versioning, experimentation, training, and deployment of models.

• Implement and advise on strategies for monitoring models and data in production environments.

• Engage in the detection and analysis of data drift, model drift, and performance degradation of the models.

• Provide guidance on explainability, bias, and evaluation of models, promoting reliable and responsible solutions.

• Support use cases related to graphs and Graph Neural Networks (GNN).

• Assist the team in overcoming technical challenges and promote standards in engineering and Machine Learning.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering, MLOps, or related roles.

• Hands-on experience with Amazon SageMaker.

• Experience in training and deploying models using SageMaker.

• Experience in monitoring models and data in production environments.

• Knowledge and experience working with data drift and model monitoring.

• Experience with Amazon SageMaker Clarify.

• Knowledge or experience with Amazon Neptune.

• Strong understanding of MLOps practices, including versioning, experimentation, and model deployment.

• Ability to establish best practices and provide technical support to junior profiles.

• Experience with Graph Machine Learning.

• Experience developing or working with Graph Neural Networks (GNN).

• Advanced experience with Amazon Neptune.

• Experience designing comprehensive model monitoring strategies.

• Experience working with Machine Learning solutions in large-scale production environments.
