This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the complete post-sale deployment lifecycle for Mutualink’s Field Communication products.
• Drive deployment delivery from the point of contract handoff to customer acceptance for SLED, federal, and enterprise clients.
• Develop and enhance repeatable deployment playbooks for single-site, multi-site fleets, and tactical/Go-Kit deployments.
• Manage deployment SLAs, ensuring timely and specification-compliant completion, customer sign-off, time-to-first-value, and time-to-full-adoption.
• Act as the primary accountable owner for deployment escalations across Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
• Serve as the senior Mutualink representative for customers, including agency leadership, IT, and operational stakeholders.
• Facilitate kickoff, status, milestone, and acceptance meetings with public safety and federal customers.
• Oversee field training and customer enablement through the go-live process.
• Enhance deployment quality and customer satisfaction, supporting renewals, multi-year conversions, and ACV growth.
• Collaborate with the VP of Growth and Channel Manager on pre-close deployment scoping.
• Coordinate deployment-driven feedback on products and processes with Engineering and Operations.
• Work alongside Customer Success on the transition from deployment to adoption and monitor post-go-live customer health.
• Deliver deployment health reports to Executive Leadership, identify at-risk deployments, and initiate corrective measures.
• Travel to customer locations 60–75% of the time, including occasional same-week travel for deployment escalations.
• Minimum of 8 years of customer-facing delivery, professional services, or deployment leadership experience.
• At least 3 years of experience leading deployment teams or programs.
• Proven history of delivering complex communications, networking, or public safety technology deployments at scale.
• Strong understanding of LMR, LTE/5G, IP-based communications, interoperability, or related public safety/first-responder communications technology.
• Experience working in SLED, federal civilian, or DoD delivery environments, including familiarity with their contracting and security requirements.
• Ability to convert technical complexity into operational results for first-responder clients.
• Willingness to travel 60–75% to customer sites, including occasional same-week travel for escalations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Preferred: experience with Mutualink, Motorola Solutions, L3Harris, Tait, JPS, or similar platforms.
• Preferred: experience in federal Go-Kit/tactical communications deployments and knowledge of FedRAMP/FISMA/CJIS-aligned delivery practices.
• PMP, PgMP, or other formal delivery/program management certification is preferred.
• Preferred: experience in establishing a deployment function within a growth-stage company.
• Travel support covering 60–75% for customer deployments, agency engagements, federal opportunities, on-site escalation responses, partner engagements, and customer events.
