This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
β’ Take charge of the strategy and execution for establishing a reliable enterprise demand engine.
β’ Identify target accounts, ideal customer profile (ICP), segmentation, messaging, and create a consistent path from initial contact to pipeline.
β’ Lead the enterprise demand strategy, focusing on target accounts by leveraging market data, intent signals, AI, and cutting-edge tools.
β’ Develop and manage Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs centered on enterprise challenges, buying signals, and growth opportunities.
β’ Collaborate with Sales on account selection, campaign strategy, handoff processes, feedback loops, and operational rhythms.
β’ Broaden outreach to new buying audiences, including leaders in analytics and data science.
β’ Convert customer advocacy and word-of-mouth into sustainable demand through references, customer success stories, executive champions, and community initiatives.
β’ Manage the Demand Generation budget and channel strategy encompassing paid media, content, email/lifecycle marketing, events, webinars, and sponsorships.
β’ Establish program priorities and evaluate impact, linking programs to pipeline outcomes.
β’ Construct the Demand Generation operating system, which includes pipeline modeling, reporting, attribution, funnel measurement, and performance tracking.
β’ Utilize data to continually enhance programs and spending decisions, even with incomplete attribution or data.
β’ Supervise and mentor one direct report while managing relationships with agencies and contractors.
β’ 6β10 years of experience in Demand Generation with direct responsibility for pipeline metrics.
β’ Proven experience in establishing an ABM or enterprise demand strategy from the ground up.
β’ Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline in enterprise sales settings characterized by lengthy, multi-stakeholder buying cycles.
β’ Experience in defining an ICP and creating messaging tailored to various audiences.
β’ Proficient in utilizing intent, signal, and other Demand Generation tools in a hands-on manner.
β’ Strong grasp of paid acquisition strategies; capable of setting strategy, managing budgets, and holding agencies accountable.
β’ Excellent analytical capabilities and a practical approach to attribution, funnel reporting, and pipeline modeling.
β’ Proven history of collaboration with Sales teams.
β’ Nice to have: experience marketing to marketers or selling martech, measurement, or analytics.
β’ Nice to have: experience in a company transitioning from mid-market to enterprise.
β’ Nice to have: familiarity with advertising technology, media buying, and marketing analytics.
β’ Nice to have: experience displacing established legacy vendors.
β’ Nice to have: early-stage experience in building demand generation functions.
β’ Must have authorization to work legally in the United States for Haus.
