This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.
• Create and execute a strategic vision for customer education programs and initiatives that align with company objectives.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and management of customer education and operational training programs utilizing various learning modalities and technologies.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure customer enablement initiatives are in line with corporate priorities.
• Define KPIs and metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and impact, refining initiatives based on data-driven insights.
• Develop scalable processes for delivering training and educational resources through in-person sessions, virtual classrooms, and self-paced learning platforms.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development for both customers and employees.
• Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to customer education specialists, knowledge base administrators, instructional designers, trainers, and other stakeholders.
• Establish strategic partnerships with external training providers, educational institutions, and industry experts.
• Promote customer education as a fundamental organizational strategy at industry events, conferences, and forums.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in designing and implementing effective customer education programs that enhance adoption, retention, and satisfaction.
• Extensive knowledge of instructional design, adult learning theories, and innovative training methodologies.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, converting business needs into actionable customer enablement strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, effectively influencing and collaborating across all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to inspire teams and cultivate a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Adaptability and flexibility to manage complexities and drive transformation in a rapidly changing business environment.
• A commitment to lifelong learning and professional development, with a focus on staying updated on customer enablement trends and best practices.
• Travel may be required for customer education, on-site training, or internal training purposes.
• External candidates must reside in Florida, North Carolina, or Texas.
• Fully remote work.
