This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee Sword’s strategic partnerships with leading benefits consulting and brokerage firms.
• Manage executive-level relationships and develop a territory-wide consultant strategy.
• Establish executive consultant connections and create opportunities through consultant referrals.
• Strengthen senior relationships within key national and regional consulting firm offices.
• Foster relationships with practice leaders, subject matter experts, and regional key influencers.
• Provide executive briefings, updates on clinical impacts, and messaging suitable for consultants.
• Coordinate co-selling strategies in collaboration with Sales and Customer Success leadership for enterprise pursuits.
• Direct participation in consulting firm vendor programs and lead executive alignment meetings.
• Plan and implement strategic regional engagements and executive roundtable discussions.
• Manage Salesforce activities, influence tracking, pipeline monitoring, forecasting accuracy, and attribution.
• Convert market influence into accelerated pipelines and new business results.
• Position Sword as the leading AI Care solution for significant employers.
• Direct experience working with or closely interacting with WTW, Aon, Mercer, or Lockton.
• Profound understanding of the internal consulting structures and evaluation methodologies of consulting firms.
• Over 8 years of progressive experience in consultant relations, benefits consulting, or commercial alliance management in employer health benefits.
• Proven success in building relationships that lead to revenue generation, pipeline expansion, and preferred vendor recognition.
• Expertise in business development and multi-threading within complex enterprise organizations.
• Excellent executive-level communication and presentation capabilities.
• Ability to clearly convey intricate clinical and AI value propositions to senior decision-makers.
• Comfortable operating in a metrics-driven setting.
• Ownership of territory and maintain disciplined CRM practices using Salesforce.
• Demonstrated proficiency in AI at least at Level 1 (Explorer), utilizing AI daily to enhance personal productivity.
• Must have the legal right to work in the United States; immigration or work visa sponsorship is not available.
