This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead national commercial sales and revenue generation efforts.
• Manage national account sales through executed Master Services Agreements for designated segments and/or territories.
• Establish and nurture new commercial accounts, referrals, and relationships with key decision-makers via leads, cold calling, and sales presentations.
• Cultivate business relationships and commercial opportunities in multi-unit housing, healthcare, senior living, hospitality, retail, commercial brokers/carriers, and government sectors.
• Represent Paul Davis Restoration at conferences and events.
• Negotiate and finalize RFIs, RFPs, sourcing events, and Master Services Agreements.
• Create and deliver professional sales proposals and presentations.
• Conduct regular sales calls, develop relationships, follow up on leads, close sales opportunities, and finalize agreements.
• Achieve established sales quotas, revenue targets, and growth objectives.
• Manage account relations, including dispute resolution, problem avoidance, and compliance with service-level agreements.
• Act as the primary point of contact and account management support for assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Operations Development team to enhance service opportunities.
• Support marketing initiatives and maintain regular communication with the VP/EVP of Business Development.
• Handle complex contract negotiations and liaise with legal counsel as necessary.
• Work remotely utilizing email, video conferencing, and phone with minimal supervision.
• Travel to vendor sites, business visits, trade shows, team meetings, and training as required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the industry.
• Professional experience in providing services to or collaborating with multi-family, property management, commercial real estate, hospitality, senior living, healthcare, and/or government sectors.
• Over three years of experience in a senior-level role.
• Background in the insurance, property management, and/or restoration industries.
• Established connections within one or more core target areas.
• Specialized knowledge or certifications in the property and casualty sector and/or mitigation, restoration, or construction fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, and Adobe.
• Understanding of cost analysis techniques.
• Strong customer service and presentation capabilities; comfortable presenting to diverse audiences.
• Exceptional oral, verbal, and written communication and sales skills.
• Strong priority management and organizational abilities.
• Competence in utilizing CRM, ADP, SharePoint, and OneDrive systems.
• Ability to create, edit, proofread, and review documents.
• Effective communication skills with customers, staff, and executives through phone, in-person, and written formats.
• Capacity to work independently while maintaining confidentiality.
• Skills in planning and coordinating meetings.

• Capability to remain stationary for up to 100% of the time and occasionally lift up to 10 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate a passenger vehicle.
• Access to a reliable internet connection and proficiency in using provided VPN technology.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Preferred: experience in restoration and/or insurance carrier/industry.
• Preferred: MBA or sales training.
