This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage the Commercial and G&A recruitment engines.
• Enhance the hiring process to be more proactive, predictable, and efficient.
• Develop hiring strategies, foster partnerships with business leaders, and enhance Talent Acquisition Partner development and recruitment processes.
• Collaborate with department heads, Finance, and HRBPs to project demand, identify skill gaps, sequence hiring, and highlight timing or capacity risks.
• Convert priorities into clear commitments and specific trade-offs.
• Define portfolio strategy, allocate resources, monitor progress, and make adjustments based on data.
• Ensure that roles are approved, well-defined, and ready for launch.
• Recruit, manage, mentor, and develop Talent Acquisition Partners and TA leaders.
• Set clear expectations, offer constructive feedback, address performance challenges, and enhance team skills and judgment.
• Establish assessment standards, interview strategies, calibration processes, timely feedback, and candidate communications.
• Provide market intelligence and compensation insights to senior leadership.
• Question assumptions regarding role scope, talent availability, and timing.
• Collaborate with HRBPs on organizational design and Total Rewards to ensure competitive and consistent offers.
• Utilize data on pipeline health, time-to-fill, conversion rates, offer acceptances, and delivery metrics to inform decisions.
• Work with TA Operations on ATS workflows, reporting, playbooks, interview training, and overall enablement.
• Lead the implementation of sourcing technology, AI, and automation.
• Collaborate with other TA leaders on shared priorities and talent development initiatives.
• Work with the Storytelling team to enhance the employer value proposition.
• Proven experience in leading and developing an in-house Talent Acquisition team.
• Experience managing a hiring portfolio that includes both commercial roles and corporate functions.
• Ability to translate changing business demands into a hiring strategy and make capacity-related trade-offs.
• Demonstrated ability to build trust with senior leaders while challenging inaccurate assumptions.
• Capable of navigating between strategic and detailed tasks, including diagnosing funnel issues, enhancing searches, coaching Talent Acquisition Partners, and articulating portfolio decisions to executives.
• Proficient in ATS platforms, sourcing tools, recruiting analytics, and practical applications of AI.
• Competent in assessing whether workflows enhance quality, capacity, or candidate experience.
• Adaptable to effectively operate within a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with Ashby is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Experience supporting multiple business lines or scaling a Talent Acquisition team during significant growth is beneficial but not essential.
• Possession of a specific company logo or degree is not a requirement.
