Director of Business Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of The Suite’s business systems framework and establish its strategic direction.

• Define and uphold standards for internal tools, automation processes, and agents.

• Conduct audits of Airtable systems to determine what should be retained, enhanced, migrated, or reconstructed.

• Analyze and optimize cross-functional workflows.

• Minimize redundant tools, duplicate automation, unnecessary notifications, and unproductive meetings.

• Oversee the Business Operations team, which includes IT support, Airtable management, vendor oversight, and process documentation.

• Spearhead a company-wide plan to improve email deliverability.

• Collaborate with the Engineering team to establish and maintain a cohesive data layer across HubSpot, Postgres, Airtable, and other platforms.

• Manage The Suite’s AI Transformation and Enablement initiative.

• Lead the cross-departmental AI Enablement team.

• Assist in the deployment and retirement of AI automations and agents developed by the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in designing and managing business systems on a large scale, preferably within SaaS or rapidly growing companies.

• Practical knowledge of a contemporary operations stack, including HubSpot, Airtable, Zapier, n8n, Google Workspace, Ramp, and Chargebee.

• Proven experience in developing AI agents and guiding others in their creation.

• Required experience in leading internal AI initiatives and integrating them into routine operations.

• A history of auditing intricate automation environments, alleviating technical debt, and establishing documentation and tool standards.

• Extensive understanding of email deliverability frameworks and best practices.

• Experience in consolidating various data sources into cohesive reporting, including HubSpot, Postgres, and Airtable.

• Experience in leading operations teams and facilitating change across various functions.

• Strategic mindset coupled with effective communication skills.
