This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Propel revenue growth, enhance strategic customer partnerships, and boost Macnica Americas' market footprint across the Western United States.
β’ Formulate and implement strategic sales plans throughout the Western United States.
β’ Discover, qualify, and pursue new business ventures within key accounts, emerging clients, and targeted vertical sectors.
β’ Establish and nurture relationships with engineering, procurement, operations, and executive leadership teams.
β’ Foster design-win initiatives and revenue expansion for semiconductor, embedded, networking, imaging, AI/IoT, and solution offerings.
β’ Oversee and manage opportunities from prospecting through to design-win, production, and revenue generation.
β’ Engage in high-level business and technical discussions with customer engineering teams.
β’ Present customer presentations, conduct business reviews, and showcase solution demonstrations.
β’ Collaborate with Field Application Engineers on technical evaluations, product qualifications, and customer design processes.
β’ Partner with Supplier & Solutions Management on business strategies, supplier goals, and customer possibilities.
β’ Create strategic account plans to enhance wallet share and broaden Macnica's market presence.
β’ Track industry trends, competitive actions, market dynamics, and emerging technologies.
β’ Supply market intelligence, customer insights, and sales forecasts to leadership and supplier partners.
β’ Assist in supplier business reviews, joint customer visits, and engagements at the executive level.
β’ Provide customers with commercial and technical advice throughout the sales journey.
β’ Achieve or surpass revenue, gross profit, design-win, and strategic growth targets.
β’ Mentor and lead a team of sales professionals within the designated territory.
β’ Forge executive-level connections, including with C-suite executives.
β’ Travel within the territory as necessary.
β’ Proven track record in selling semiconductor, electronics, embedded, networking, or technology solutions in a B2B setting.
β’ Strong technical knowledge with the capacity to effectively communicate with engineers, technical decision-makers, and executive leadership.
β’ Demonstrated ability to generate new business and finalize complex, long-cycle sales opportunities.
β’ Experience in managing strategic accounts and influencing customer purchasing decisions.
β’ Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.
β’ In-depth understanding of semiconductor sales cycles, design-win processes, supply chain factors, and electronic component markets.
β’ Capacity to develop and implement territory growth strategies with minimal oversight.
β’ Experience collaborating across sales, engineering, product management, and supplier teams.
β’ Strong analytical, forecasting, and pipeline management abilities.
β’ Self-driven, highly organized, and adept at managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
β’ Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales reporting tools.
β’ Established experience in leading, developing, and managing high-performing sales teams.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and industry experience.
β’ 8β15 years of experience in semiconductor sales, electronics distribution, technical sales, business development, or strategic account management.
β’ Experience working with suppliers, manufacturers, and engineering-centric customer organizations.
β’ Legally authorized to work in the USA without requiring sponsorship at this time.
β’ Travel throughout the territory as necessary to support customers, suppliers, and business development efforts.
