This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Direct the implementation of IMS’s growth strategy by meeting both individual and team revenue goals.
• Create and execute annual sales plans that align with corporate objectives.
• Promote disciplined pipeline management, ensure forecasting accuracy, and maintain accountability for performance.
• Track and report on essential performance indicators.
• Participate in departmental budgeting and uphold accountability for financial results.
• Recruit, nurture, and guide a high-performing sales team.
• Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions, quarterly business reviews, and monthly performance evaluations.
• Enhance consultative selling skills through continuous training and development.
• Establish and strengthen executive-level relationships with attorneys, law firms, and corporate clients.
• Identify and seize strategic growth opportunities through customized professional services engagements.
• Ensure that client expectations align with service delivery execution.
• Collaborate with leaders in service delivery, consulting, recruiting, and marketing on revenue-generating initiatives.
• Synchronize messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies throughout the organization.
• Actively participate as a member of the leadership team, contributing to enterprise-wide strategy and unity.
• Advocate for IMS’s Core Values and foster a high-performance, relationship-focused culture.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in business development or sales leadership within a professional services context.
• Proven success in leading and scaling client development teams.
• Consistent track record of meeting or surpassing revenue and growth objectives.
• Experience managing intricate, consultative sales cycles involving senior stakeholders.
• Preferred background in litigation support or the legal industry.
• Expertise in developing executive-level relationships and consultative selling.
• Strong commercial insight, including pricing strategies and value communication.
• Ability to think strategically and translate market insights into growth initiatives.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Comfortable operating in matrixed organizations and collaborating across functions.
• Advanced degree (MBA or related field) preferred; equivalent professional experience will be taken into account.
• Proficient with CRM platforms and sales analytics tools.
• Skilled in identifying trends and patterns and making necessary adjustments.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Software Suite, including the use of Co-Pilot.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50%, including attending conferences and client meetings.
