This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and implement Elsight’s business-development strategy for the U.S. conventional Army.
• Set priorities, define targets, create account plans, and establish measurable outcomes.
• Develop and manage a high-quality pipeline that includes strategy for opportunities, stakeholder mapping, next steps, risks, ownership, and forecasts.
• Cultivate and sustain trusted relationships with Army units, Program Managers, PEOs, acquisition stakeholders, government organizations, prime contractors, integrators, and industry partners.
• Identify, qualify, and progress opportunities from initial engagement and operational validation through budgeting, procurement, contracting, and deployment.
• Convert Army mission requirements into clear and actionable business and product specifications.
• Provide actionable market insights to product, marketing, engineering, and leadership teams.
• Represent Elsight in customer meetings, demonstrations, industry events, exercises, and other engagements.
• Willingness to travel frequently as necessary.
• 3–5 years of demonstrated success in developing business with the U.S. Army or in the broader U.S. defense ecosystem.
• Strong comprehension of the connections between operational demand, programs, budgets, acquisition, and contracting.
• Capability to articulate complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in defense-related or UxV markets is a significant plus.
• Resourceful and innovative builder who is comfortable working independently within a flat organizational structure.
• Hands-on, accountable, and focused on results-driven execution.
• Previous experience in scaling operations is essential.
• Ability to represent Elsight effectively and build trust with partners and customers.
• An active and relevant network within Army units, PMs, PEOs, acquisition organizations, integrators, and/or prime contractors is highly preferred.
• A background in fast-paced, adaptive, and resilient startups is highly valued.
• Proficiency in prioritizing leads, measuring performance, and implementing repeatable processes is highly preferred.
• Polished, persuasive communication skills with native-level fluency in English are highly preferred.
• Proven experience in scaling a company from approximately $5M to $30M ARR is highly preferred.
• Willingness to travel internationally and possess the executive presence to represent Elsight on a global scale is highly preferred.
