Director of Branded Social

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of Resilia’s organic social strategy, creative vision, content creation, and ongoing development across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other emerging sites.

• Connect organic brand storytelling with paid social initiatives to ensure alignment between brand messaging and performance-driven creatives.

• Define strategic direction while overseeing content creation, conducting creative reviews, refining copy, and leveraging current trends.

• Recognize cultural opportunities and lead creator collaborations.

• Cultivate genuine community relationships that enhance brand perception.

• Develop workflows, content operations, and essential staffing to scale branded social efforts.

• Assist in paid social strategies as the primary brand social strategist.

• Engage in an initial screening call followed by a 45-minute in-depth strategic interview.

• In-depth knowledge of leading DTC/consumer brands within the social media landscape.

• Demonstrated capability to function both as a strategic thinker and a nimble content creator.

• Experience working collaboratively with paid media, creative, and lifecycle marketing teams.

• Proven history of sourcing, briefing, and directing content creators and influencers.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• Vision to guide and mentor the next generation of social media professionals.

• A portfolio and CV/resume are mandatory.

• Direct links to personally developed or managed branded social channels, campaigns, or social video assets are required.

• Must be available for primary daily overlap with US EST business hours.
