This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide strategic leadership and guidance for the Array Optimization Team.
• Formulate annual operational objectives, growth strategies, and performance initiatives.
• Establish operational standards, best practices, and performance metrics.
• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of array-level projects.
• Direct multiple field crews operating across various states.
• Ensure accurate utilization of CMMS and adherence to reporting standards.
• Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing team members.
• Offer coaching, mentorship, and succession planning.
• Act as the executive point of contact for key customers.
• Lead customer reviews and operational performance meetings.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
• Identify opportunities to enhance margins and productivity.
• Oversee corrective maintenance, performance restoration activities, and special projects across the company portfolio.
• Maintain accountability for customer satisfaction, workforce development, and financial performance.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in utility-scale solar leadership.
• More than 5 years of experience managing multi-state field operations.
• Extensive knowledge of PV systems, NEC requirements, and solar O&M practices.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
• Work performed in a reporting environment and outdoors at project sites under various weather conditions.
• Ability to comply with all safety standards and procedures; PPE is mandatory in all field environments.
• Capacity to sit, stoop, kneel, bend, stand, or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• A valid driver’s license is mandatory.
• Travel to project sites is required, including overnight stays.
• FAA Part 107 certification is preferred.
• OSHA 30-Hour certification is preferred.
• NFPA 70E certification is preferred.
