This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main point of contact for key BioPharma partners, ensuring governance, managing escalations, and aligning strategies throughout the partnership lifecycle.
• Direct execution at the portfolio level across initiatives such as patient matching, sponsored testing, Companion Diagnostics (CDx), and others.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and risk assessment across multiple, high-stakes programs concurrently.
• Provide strategic oversight of operational platforms and workflows that support BioPharma programs, ensuring scalability, data integrity, and alignment with both partner and internal objectives.
• Collaborate with teams in Patient Matching, Clinical, Marketing, Legal, and Business Development.
• Supervise contract operations, encompassing invoicing, revenue tracking, renewal preparedness, Total Contract Value (TCV) monitoring, and program performance.
• Propel horizontal partnership growth from opportunity identification to execution.
• Lead cross-functional teams to translate partner requirements into scalable, data-driven solutions and to shape the BioPharma partnership strategy.
• Possession of an advanced degree (Master’s or MBA preferred) in Health Sciences, Business, or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in alliance management, program management, or roles involving BioPharma.
• Demonstrated experience in supporting diagnostics, genomics, clinical research, or BioPharma partnerships.
• A strong record of managing complex partner ecosystems and executing strategic initiatives successfully.
• Proven capability to establish and maintain trusted external partnerships and navigate complex stakeholder environments.
• Strong skills in portfolio-level management, overseeing several large-scale initiatives simultaneously.
• Ability to provide governance and strategic guidance for platforms, workflows, and execution models that support complex BioPharma programs.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
• Successful completion of a background check.
