This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the B2B account management operations at MedCerts
• Coach, manage, and develop the Strategic Account Management team in alignment with account strategies and performance indicators
• Streamline and oversee the implementation of the account management playbook and standard operating procedures
• Conduct reviews on pipeline, retention, and account health
• Take charge of onboarding and launch processes for new B2B partners
• Collaborate with Enrollment, Marketing, IT, Operations, and Finance to initiate partner programs
• Manage retention and growth initiatives across employer, workforce, and academic partnerships
• Develop account growth strategies to enhance enrollments, revenue per partner, completion rates, and placement results
• Identify and secure opportunities for expansion, including new programs, content licensing, credit for prior learning, and additional cohorts
• Provide guidance to senior leaders from employers, workforce boards, and academic institutions on workforce solutions
• Assist partners with WIOA, workforce grants, Title IV, Workforce Pell, and employer-funded training pathways
• Cultivate long-term relationships with partners and establish MedCerts as a key component of workforce infrastructure
• Manage portfolio revenue, retention, and enrollment objectives
• Ensure accurate forecasting in Salesforce
• Regularly report on pipeline, launches, and account health to executive leadership while identifying risks and opportunities
• Maintain standard business hours, approximately 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
• Travel for partner meetings, launches, and industry events, estimated at 10 to 20 percent
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in workforce development, higher education, healthcare workforce, or B2B education and training
• At least 5 years of experience in leading and developing a team
• Proven track record in leading account management, partnership, or sales teams to achieve revenue, retention, and growth objectives
• Experience advising senior leaders in employer, workforce board, or academic environments on multi-stakeholder workforce or education solutions
• Strong analytical skills, forecasting abilities, and CRM expertise, preferably in Salesforce
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Good judgment to represent MedCerts with executive-level partners
• A bachelor's degree is preferred, but not mandatory
• Direct experience in allied health or healthcare workforce development is preferred
• Established connections within health systems, workforce boards, or higher education are preferred
• Knowledge of content licensing, credit for prior learning, articulation agreements, and stackable credentials is preferred
