This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the B2B account management operations at MedCerts
• Lead, coach, and develop the Strategic Account Management team in alignment with account plans and performance metrics
• Enhance and manage the account management playbook along with standard operating procedures
• Conduct pipeline, retention, and account health reviews while ensuring the team meets revenue and student outcome objectives
• Take ownership of onboarding and launching new B2B partnerships through initial enrollments and student outcomes
• Collaborate with Enrollment, Marketing, IT, Operations, and Finance to initiate partner programs
• Manage retention and expansion efforts with employer, workforce, and academic partners
• Develop account growth strategies to boost enrollments, revenue per partner, completion, and placement outcomes
• Identify and secure expansion opportunities, including new programs, content licensing, credit for prior learning, and additional cohorts
• Provide counsel to senior leaders from employers, workforce boards, and academic institutions on workforce and education solutions
• Assist partners in navigating WIOA, workforce grants, Title IV, Workforce Pell, and employer-funded training pathways
• Establish MedCerts as a long-term workforce partner and support partners’ talent strategies
• Manage portfolio revenue, retention, and enrollment objectives, and forecast in Salesforce
• Present pipeline updates, launches, and account health metrics to executive leadership while identifying risks and opportunities
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in workforce development, higher education, healthcare workforce, or B2B education and training
• At least 5 years of experience in leading and developing a team
• Proven success in leading account management, partnership, or sales teams to achieve revenue, retention, and growth targets
• Experience in advising senior leaders in employer, workforce board, or academic environments on multi-stakeholder workforce or education solutions
• Strong analytical skills, forecasting ability, and CRM expertise, preferably in Salesforce
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to represent MedCerts confidently with executive-level partners
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory
• Direct experience in allied health or healthcare workforce development is preferred
• Established networks within health systems, workforce boards, or higher education are preferred
• Knowledge of content licensing, credit for prior learning, articulation agreements, and stackable credentials is preferred
• Capacity to work during regular business hours, roughly 8:30am–5:00pm
• Willingness to travel around 10–20% for partner meetings, launches, and industry events
