This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Establish and articulate the vision and strategy for customer account management.
• Lead collaborative business planning and high-level business reviews with key partners.
• Supervise the development of proposals and business cases for new and expanded partnerships.
• Utilize analytics and market insights to guide business decisions.
• Build and sustain relationships with C-suite executives at partner organizations.
• Represent Nestlé Professional Solutions at industry events and during critical negotiations.
• Identify and take advantage of new business opportunities.
• Manage the expansion of existing partnerships and promote innovation in partnership models.
• Build, mentor, and direct a high-performing team of account managers.
• Encourage collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, innovative thinking, and agile teamwork.
• Collaborate with senior leaders in marketing, category management, digital, finance, and field sales to drive growth.
• Develop and implement initiatives that deliver value to the organization and key business partners.
• Oversee the negotiation and execution of complex, high-value contracts and national programs.
• Ensure compliance, effective risk management, and alignment with corporate priorities.
• Set and track KPIs for account management.
• Ensure achievement of revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets.
• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in B2B sales, account management, or general management within Fortune 500 companies, premium/luxury brands, or the food & beverage sector.
• More than 2 years of experience leading national account management teams and overseeing multi-million-dollar partnerships.
• Proven track record in managing executive-level relationships and complex contract negotiations.
• Advanced financial acumen with experience in P&L management.
• Comprehensive understanding of marketing, operations, finance, and competitive strategy.
• Demonstrated capability to lead through uncertainty and drive organizational transformation.
• Expertise in RFP processes, proposal development, and enterprise sales cycles.
• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
• Willingness to travel domestically within the US approximately 30% of the time.
