
Director – New Business Venture, Global Strategic Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate a comprehensive global strategic marketing approach, directing innovation and expanding the portfolio.
• Oversee the entire commercialization strategy for new product innovations, assets in the pre-commercial pipeline, and platforms for future growth.
• Create and manage global insight generation initiatives, engage with advisory boards, conduct Voice of Customer programs, and perform market and opportunity assessments.
• Convert clinical, scientific, customer, and market insights into effective positioning, messaging, prioritization of indications, and product design contributions.
• Develop the commercial strategy, including value propositions, unique positioning, messaging frameworks, claims strategy, brand strategy, visual concepts, pricing strategy, and economic models.
• Collaborate with clinical and regulatory leaders on evidence generation and compliant commercialization pathways.
• Define the global go-to-market strategy, including launch sequencing, launch readiness frameworks, adoption strategies, and market-shaping initiatives.
• Lead the execution of priority market launches and facilitate post-launch learning feedback loops.
• Drive cross-functional decision-making across R&D, clinical, regulatory, quality, supply chain, finance, commercial, and regional teams.
• Establish governance forums for pipeline management, launch processes, and portfolio initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, clinical, legal, and compliance standards.
• Act as a thought leader, mentor colleagues, and enhance scalable strategic marketing and commercialization capabilities.
• A bachelor’s degree or higher is mandatory.
• 7–10+ years of experience in innovation, marketing, strategy, or related commercial roles.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and derive clarity from complex situations.
• Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional and global teams.
• A successful track record of translating insights into actionable concepts and recommendations.
• Strong analytical, synthesis, and storytelling abilities.
• Preferred: Master’s Degree (MBA).
• Preferred: Experience in cross-functional business roles.
