This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +10 more states.
β’ Build and oversee a team of Molecular Science Liaisons.
β’ Manage the daily operations of the MSL team.
β’ Offer insights on national staffing strategies.
β’ Develop and organize training and enablement initiatives.
β’ Monitor MSL activities and interactions with customers.
β’ Ensure MSLs effectively communicate the benefits of Caris Molecular Intelligence to physicians, scientists, and other external stakeholders.
β’ Serve as a vital link for information and feedback between the medical community and Caris Life Sciences.
β’ Provide medical and scientific education and support for the field team.
β’ Present clinical data and educational content at physician sites and conferences.
β’ Attend POA and commercial pitch meetings, as well as onsite relationship-building meetings.
β’ Advocate for CMI to physician sites throughout the United States.
β’ Support and present at molecular tumor board meetings.
β’ Stay informed about the latest therapeutic oncology literature.
β’ Assist with various duties and special projects for sales, POA, and marketing initiatives.
β’ Train contracted speakers and act as a field trainer.
β’ Conduct regional speaking engagements with physicians.
β’ Participate in regional and national tradeshows and sales meetings.
β’ Provide commercial insights and review marketing materials.
β’ A Ph.D. or M.D. in a biological science related to pharmacology, cancer biology, or molecular and cellular biology, or equivalent training and experience is required.
β’ At least 3 years of management experience.
β’ Previous experience in a commercial environment such as Pharmaceuticals or Commercial Lab space is advantageous.
β’ Prior field experience working with customers and/or sales organizations is a plus.
β’ Ability to think innovatively and propose new ideas or solutions to business challenges.
β’ Independent thinking and sound judgment in relation to business requirements.
β’ Proven commitment, self-motivation, and a strong drive.
β’ Excellent interpersonal skills.
β’ Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and internet use for business purposes.
β’ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
β’ Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently.
