This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Act as the primary liaison between marketing and clinic/practice operations, converting campaigns, promotions, and market initiatives into actionable clinic-level strategies.
• Collaborate with local clinic leadership and front-desk/patient coordinator teams to ensure the timely and consistent implementation of campaigns, offers, and patient-facing materials.
• Proactively identify and address operational challenges that may hinder campaign execution in clinics.
• Develop repeatable playbooks and toolkits for both national and local marketing campaigns.
• Assist with new clinic openings, market expansions, and local growth strategies by implementing marketing activation plans.
• Manage the operational brand calendar, aligning campaigns with clinic capacity and local market readiness.
• Establish and oversee operating models, standards, processes, and success metrics for marketing engagement with clinic and clinical teams.
• Design and implement patient acquisition campaigns that support market-specific patient volume objectives.
• Lead post-campaign evaluations to assess in-clinic execution and the impact on clinical volume.
• Oversee clinical volume key performance indicators (KPIs), including new patient volume, appointment conversion, and clinic-level demand by market.
• Interpret volume trends, capacity limitations, and conversion insights to inform marketing strategies.
• Track volume trends by clinic and market, recommending adjustments in marketing investment as necessary.
• Collaborate with Clinical Leadership and providers to ensure accurate patient education resources, content, and communications.
• Act as the day-to-day marketing contact for clinical stakeholders.
• Ensure that patient education, physician-facing materials, and in-clinic communications adhere to clinical accuracy and enhance patient experience standards.
• Collect clinical and provider feedback on patient needs and journey friction points to shape marketing and content priorities.
• Create and manage patient engagement programs, events, communications, and local market activation initiatives.
• Establish and implement a patient ambassador program.
• Directly supervise Spring’s Community Manager and provide daily guidance for community-building, local partner engagement, and patient-facing initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• 7–10+ years of experience in marketing operations, healthcare or clinical operations, practice management, or a role that integrates marketing and operational teams.
• Demonstrated ability to translate marketing strategies into operational execution across multiple locations or sites.
• Experience collaborating with clinical, provider, or medical stakeholders on patient-facing content or communication initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills along with experience in building and managing KPI reporting that connects marketing activities to business or volume outcomes.
• Proficiency in systems and processes.
• Familiarity with dashboards, CRM or patient funnel reporting, project management tools, and campaign intake/workflow processes.
• Must reside remotely in one of the regions: CA, NY, or OR.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time.
