This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +18 more states.
• Take ownership of the systems, data, and processes that transform marketing into a pipeline, making the function AI-native.
• Manage HubSpot and Salesforce platforms.
• Oversee lead routing to the business development team.
• Conduct lead lifecycle reporting and assess paid media performance.
• Maintain global consent management.
• Supervise a Senior Marketing Operations Specialist while remaining actively involved in operations.
• Establish the marketing operations roadmap, manage the martech stack and budget, and coordinate targets and expenditures with the Finance team.
• Facilitate intake, prioritization, and weekly funnel reviews among Marketing, BizDev, and RevOps teams.
• Oversee lifecycle stages, scoring, MQL/SQL definitions, lead routing, and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Manage the integration between HubSpot and Salesforce, along with the associated data model.
• Develop lifecycle-stage funnel reporting and attribute paid media efforts.
• Collaborate with the Legal team to ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and CAN-SPAM regulations.
• Handle data enrichment, deduplication, and quality assurance for launches.
• Deploy AI agents and automations for scoring, routing, enrichment, quality assurance, and reporting.
• Direct the AI roadmap and assess its returns on investment.
• Guide and develop a Senior Specialist while planning future team expansion.
• Guarantee reliable funnel reporting, accurate campaign tracking, documented definitions, and successful implementation of AI and marketing technologies.
• A minimum of 10 years in marketing operations or a related field.
• At least 8 years of hands-on experience in marketing automation.
• Extensive knowledge of HubSpot and Salesforce platforms.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Process Builder.
• Familiarity with APEX functions.
• Experience in deploying and managing custom objects for marketing-related use cases.
• Required B2B experience.
• Background in a post-Series B or C company with approximately 200–1,000 employees and a sales team of over 30 members.
• Proven experience managing lifecycle operations, lead routing, and MQL-based reporting.
• Ability to collaborate closely with Business Development or Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
• Experience in supporting paid marketing initiatives.
• Experience in running Account-Based Marketing (ABM) or supporting enterprise sales efforts.
• Working knowledge of GDPR and global consent requirements.
• Experience in people management and ownership of functions, roadmaps, and budgets.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Experience delivering AI agents or automations, such as Claude Code, Cursor, Clay, n8n, or similar, with measurable outcomes.
• Familiarity with forms, landing pages, UTMs, and tracking methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders using data.
• Must possess authorization to work in the United States for any employer.
