This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Take ownership of the daily administration, upkeep, and performance of the marketing technology stack.
• Manage the HubSpot Marketing Hub, overseeing roles, teams, permissions, properties, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, workflows, forms, lists, CTAs, email templates, subscriptions, send health, and list maintenance.
• Oversee consent settings, subscription types, GDPR/CAN-SPAM compliance, and retention policies.
• Conduct tests in a sandbox environment prior to production and meticulously document any changes.
• Implement data standards, definitions, and quality controls across marketing systems.
• Record field definitions, mappings, and data lineage comprehensively.
• Supervise the HubSpot–Salesforce synchronization, addressing errors, mismatches, mapping challenges, and data quality issues.
• Provide support for WordPress CMS, including page quality assurance, redirects, form embeds, analytics, tagging, paid and social reporting data, and API connections.
• Administer GA4 and Google Tag Manager, encompassing tags, triggers, variables, conversion events, and UTM standards.
• Collaborate in building and maintaining multi-touch attribution in HubSpot.
• Implement tracking and data necessary for attribution across channels, campaigns, and lifecycle stages.
• Create recurring reports for weekly and monthly marketing evaluations.
• Manage intake requests, maintain documentation, and train new users effectively.
• Work in partnership with the AVP, Data Governance, IT, Salesforce, Research, and Ad Operations teams.
• A Bachelor’s degree with significant relevant experience may be considered.
• At least 2–4 years of practical experience in administering HubSpot, with a strong focus on the Marketing Hub.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English at CEFR B2 level or above.
• Capable of presenting complex analyses clearly to senior leadership.
• Skilled in building and maintaining workflows, properties, forms, lists, and dashboards independently.
• Experience with data hygiene practices, including deduplication, enrichment, lifecycle management, and consent management.
• Proven experience managing integrations between HubSpot and other platforms, particularly Salesforce.
• Familiarity with GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Experience in attribution or campaign tracking.
• Understanding of touchpoint data capture, modeling, and reporting across various channels.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Strong documentation practices.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders across different departments.
• Legal authorization to work in Mexico.
• Must reside physically in Mexico City or Mérida.
• Willingness to occasionally work outside standard local business hours.
• Preferred qualifications: HubSpot certifications; experience with Operations Hub, custom objects, or API integrations; Salesforce administration or HubSpot–Salesforce synchronization experience; WordPress or other CMS experience; background in paid media or social reporting data; familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, and email compliance regulations.
