This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +18 more states.
• Establish the strategic vision for Swyfft's representation to agents, brokers, policyholders, carrier partners, and the marketplace.
• Increase awareness of Swyfft and its insurance offerings through targeted messaging, engaging content, and strategic marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales, underwriting, revenue operations, and leadership teams to enhance the brand and expand the distribution network.
• Design and implement training programs and educational resources for agents.
• Update and oversee the Agent Resource Center, forms, and quick reference materials.
• Conduct surveys among agents and analyze the feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of internal tools and the quoting platform.
• Plan, design, execute, and assess trade shows, events, and conferences using key performance indicators.
• Manage website strategy and content to attract and retain agents and policyholders.
• Ensure uniform branding and messaging across marketing materials, digital platforms, and physical locations.
• Develop and manage the content calendar and campaigns, including blog posts, webinars, infographics, videos, and emails.
• Lead the creation of electronic marketing communications and materials such as one-pagers and sales presentations.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry dynamics to refine marketing strategies.
• Utilize email and social media strategies to foster loyalty and engagement.
• Oversee the sales and marketing CRM process through HubSpot, including sequences, workflows, templates, communications, and reporting.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations to assess marketing return on investment.
• Drive lead generation and communication strategies leveraging HubSpot CRM expertise.
• Work alongside inside sales, underwriting, and claims teams.
• Manage, plan, and revise budgets throughout the fiscal year.
• Mentor and manage two members of the Marketing team.
• Present concepts, provide weekly updates, and report on marketing performance and activities to senior leadership.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing.
• At least 2 years of direct experience in the insurance sector (P&C).
• Previous experience with an MGA, MGU, or small carrier is preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in leading and mentoring a team.
• Experience in writing and editing detailed insurance-related content, with a keen eye for detail.
• Willingness to travel as necessary for conferences, tradeshows, and events.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.
• Proficient in HubSpot, Canva, and various social media platforms.
• Familiarity with MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Experience with video and chat technologies (MS Teams & Slack).
• Advanced editing skills in Visme, Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Advanced proficiency with HubSpot and Zapier.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection is necessary.
• A designated quiet workspace for remote work is required.
• Candidates must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Missouri, North Carolina, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, or Wisconsin.
