This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide leadership, direction, and guidance both directly and indirectly within the Marketing department to support the company’s go-to-market strategy.
• Collaborate with business leaders throughout the organization to propel the global marketing plan.
• Work with leadership to create, implement, and oversee the strategic business plan, which includes a 3–5 year vision.
• Direct the strategy, planning, and execution of the global marketing plan for the company.
• Empower, develop, and manage marketing professionals in solution marketing, program marketing, and field marketing.
• Foster accountability surrounding cross-functional business decisions and make decisions on behalf of the marketing team when appropriate.
• Participate in the marketing leadership team and cross-functional leadership teams to ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Identify opportunities and initiatives based on business needs across sales, services, and product teams.
• Engage with stakeholders at various leadership levels to secure support and plan effectively.
• Build relationships and leverage influence in matrixed environments across teams and departments.
• Plan the strategic vision, organizational structure, operating policies, procedures, and management practices to achieve operational excellence.
• Assess team effectiveness and enhance policies, procedures, and processes.
• Act as an escalation point, providing guidance and resolving issues as they arise.
• Oversee performance and compensation for direct reports while offering coaching and development opportunities.
• Mentor, develop, and coach team members to foster growth.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.
• Over 10 years of progressively responsible experience in marketing-related roles, preferably in a B2B software company or SaaS environment.
• At least 5 years of management experience required.
• Outstanding leadership skills with a talent for motivating a dynamic and creative team.
• Extensive experience in developing and managing marketing plans and budgets.
• Strong capability in preparing, presenting, advocating, and defending innovative ideas in group settings within cross-functional teams.
• Proven project management experience and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions toward a shared project goal.
• Ability to build and sustain trust-based collaborative relationships and influence others.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, exhibiting a professional demeanor and the capacity to interact with discretion and tact.
• Excellent collaborative skills.
• Ability to self-direct and self-motivate both personal efforts and those of the team to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality content with minimal supervision.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and work collaboratively across departments.
• Demonstrated understanding of corporate finance and ROI practices.
• Detail-oriented team player with strong cross-functional project leadership and team management abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
