This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and enhance GLOBO's brand positioning and awareness among targeted accounts and buyer personas.
• Manage GLOBO's visibility within AI-mediated discovery platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and future successors.
• Develop and oversee Generative Engine Optimization, incorporating structured content, share-of-answer measurement, and AI representation monitoring.
• Create and implement integrated content, campaign, event, and partnership strategies throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Oversee website management, SEO, paid digital channels, channel investment strategy, and pipeline/ROI accountability.
• Direct tradeshow and event strategy, managing budgets, logistics, and partnerships in collaboration with Sales and Operations.
• Lead public relations, thought leadership, executive visibility, speaking opportunities, award nominations, and reputation monitoring.
• Investigate emerging channels such as TikTok, Instagram, Threads, and LinkedIn creator content; conduct tests prior to scaling.
• Head retention and customer marketing initiatives, which include expansion campaigns, executive engagement, customer advocacy, and storytelling through proof points.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to improve pipeline, conversion, and account retention outcomes.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.
• Manage physical and digital implementation materials, including budgets and vendor relationships.
• Develop customer and market intelligence programs that cover win/loss analysis, voice of customer insights, competitive intelligence, market sizing, and emerging trends.
• Convert insights into product positioning, messaging, pricing narratives, and go-to-market strategies in conjunction with Product and Commercial teams.
• Construct employer branding and interpreter recruitment marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Design AI-native marketing workflows for content production, research synthesis, campaign personalization, and analytics.
• Set quality, voice, and accuracy standards for AI-assisted content.
• Promote test-and-learn experimentation and assess developments within the AI marketing landscape.
• Establish measurement frameworks linking activities to pipeline, conversion, retention, and cost per outcome.
• Report on marketing ROI and provide recommendations regarding spending, tools, and channels.
• Function autonomously, defining the marketing roadmap, priorities, and resource requirements.
• Operate with a lean structure, utilizing one external creative/production vendor or agency.
• Oversee the complete marketing function and determine which tasks are managed internally versus those delegated to vendors.
• Interact directly with the C-suite, including the CEO, regarding strategy, positioning, and performance outcomes.
• A minimum of 8 years of progressive marketing experience, covering brand marketing and customer/market insight roles.
• Proven ability to work independently with limited oversight, translating ambiguous objectives into specific plans and measurable results.
• A history of leveraging data and market/customer insights to directly shape business strategy.
• Expertise in marketing ROI and measurement practices.
• Capability to develop a reporting framework linked to pipeline/retention and effectively justify spending decisions to Finance and leadership.
• Comfortable working as an individual contributor to direct vendor/agency partners rather than building an internal team.
• Practical experience in constructing AI-augmented marketing workflows that yield measurable outcomes or performance improvements.
• A credible perspective on AI search and Answer Engine / Generative Engine Optimization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable engaging with the C-suite and presenting strategies and results to executive leadership, including the CEO.
• Experience marketing to enterprise or multi-stakeholder B2B accounts, preferably in healthcare or another trust-critical sector.
• Background in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or workforce/gig-economy talent communities.
• Familiarity with language services, interpretation, localization, or broader service industries.
• Experience in close collaboration with Product/Innovation functions.
