This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and spearhead the global commercialization strategy for CDx products.
• Ensure alignment with the business objectives of Leica Biosystems, expectations of pharma partners, regional market dynamics, and the needs of customers.
• Act as the primary strategic marketing lead and commercial liaison for Pharma Partners during the planning, preparation, and execution phases of global CDx commercialization.
• Collaborate with product management teams at LBS, including those based in Newcastle, to integrate CDx commercialization strategy with lifecycle planning.
• Lead lifecycle management initiatives for the CDx portfolio, encompassing product maintenance, revitalization, and health assessments of the portfolio.
• Utilize market intelligence, competitive insights, understanding of customer workflows, biomarker strategies, and regional market requirements to pinpoint commercialization opportunities, risks, and growth levers.
• Track CDx launch performance, partner satisfaction, portfolio metrics, and trends in market adoption.
• Transform insights into actionable recommendations for senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Establish standard operating procedures, scalable launch frameworks, and process enhancements to elevate the effectiveness of CDx commercialization, cross-functional alignment, and launch readiness discipline.
• Collaborate with pharma partners, business development, product management, medical and scientific affairs, regulatory, market access, regional commercial teams, and senior leadership.
• Extensive background in strategic marketing, product management, commercialization, business development, or similar commercial roles within CDx programs.
• Significant experience in leading or influencing global CDx commercialization initiatives, including launch planning, pharma-partner engagement, regional commercialization strategy, and management of post-launch performance.
• Proven success in collaborating with pharma partners and executing CDx launches effectively.
• Strong history of working in a cross-functional, global environment.
• Demonstrated capability to function as a subject matter expert in CDx, IVD, oncology diagnostics, biomarker-based testing, or related sectors.
• Experience in influencing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams within a global matrix setting without solely relying on direct authority.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, depending on location.
• Preferred: Experience in Medical Diagnostics Sales and/or Marketing.
• Well-connected within the pharma and biotech industries.
• Proven history and substantial experience in leading CDx or Pharmaceutical Product launches across multiple markets.
