This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Identify, develop, and enhance strategic partnerships with healthcare organizations within designated markets.
• Act as a trusted advisor to executives in hospitals and health systems regarding workforce challenges.
• Design and implement market development strategies aimed at generating new business, increasing revenue, and fostering long-term client relationships.
• Cultivate relationships with C-suite executives and senior leaders in nursing, human resources, finance, operations, supply chain, workforce management, and clinical services.
• Recognize organizations encountering challenges related to labor costs, staffing, recruitment, retention, scheduling, and workforce capacity.
• Present Aya Healthcare as a strategic partner for workforce solutions.
• Position and coordinate Aya's offerings, which include managed service provider programs, healthcare staffing, locum tenens, physician recruitment, permanent recruitment, workforce technology, float pools, on-demand staffing, workforce AI, analytics, predictive planning, international talent, direct-hire programs, advisory, payrolling, and workforce disruption services.
• Lead consultative discovery meetings, executive presentations, demonstrations, proposal development, and customer negotiations.
• Collaborate with Business Development on executive-level business cases that showcase measurable value.
• Keep track of healthcare labor market trends, competitive activities, regional workforce dynamics, and evolving client needs.
• Represent Aya at healthcare conferences, executive forums, industry events, and strategic networking opportunities.
• Advocate for responsiveness, accountability, collaboration, innovation, and care for clients, clinicians, and colleagues.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, marketing, nursing, or a related field; equivalent experience may be taken into account.
• A minimum of seven years of progressive experience in healthcare business development, strategic sales, consulting, staffing, workforce solutions, or health system partnerships.
• Proven track record of successfully selling complex solutions to hospitals, health systems, or other healthcare organizations.
• Established ability to form relationships with senior executives and influence decisions among various stakeholder groups.
• Strong comprehension of healthcare operations, labor economics, workforce strategy, and provider challenges.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Capacity to convert complex workforce challenges into clear and persuasive business solutions.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned market and nationally as required.
• Preferred: experience with managed service provider programs, vendor management systems, healthcare staffing, workforce technology, or permanent recruitment.
• Preferred: existing connections with hospital and health system executives.
• Preferred: experience in selling enterprise-level solutions across multiple facilities or service lines.
• Preferred: familiarity with healthcare finance, labor productivity, contingent workforce spending, and workforce analytics.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related discipline.
