This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the formulation and implementation of the U.S. market access strategy for ficerafusp alfa, which includes engaging with payers, ensuring reimbursement coverage, and providing access-related assistance.
• Design the U.S. pricing and contracting strategy by utilizing payer research, analyzing competitive dynamics, assessing value, and taking reimbursement considerations into account.
• Define the payer value proposition and determine the evidence requirements that illustrate the clinical, economic, and patient value of FICERA.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs and HEOR to create evidence-generation plans.
• Develop and implement payer research and engagement strategies involving health plans, PBMs, pathways organizations, and other stakeholders.
• Keep track of federal and state policy changes that impact U.S. pricing initiatives and create internal educational resources.
• Act as a primary subject-matter expert on ASP, J-Code, pass-through, buy-and-bill, reimbursement, and IRA topics.
• Provide strategic guidance across the organization.
• Assist in building, mentoring, and managing pricing and access talent as the team expands.
• Analyze competitive dynamics to foresee challenges and pinpoint opportunities.
• Report directly to the SVP, Market Access.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study.
• At least 8 years of experience, with a minimum of 5 years in pricing, market access, or reimbursement.
• Experience in oncology launch strategies for at least 5 U.S. product launches.
• Familiarity with ASP, J-Code, pass-through, buy-and-bill, reimbursement, and IRA dynamics.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with and educate cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Executive presence and a robust sense of accountability.
• Capability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of effective, solution-oriented multitasking.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
• An MBA, PharmD, or other advanced degree is preferred.
• Experience in U.S. healthcare government relations is preferred.
