This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and manage models that assess GPO enrollment, WAC/direct purchasing, and distribution agreements to minimize Leap’s drug acquisition expenses.
• Convert purchasing efficiency into clear savings for employers.
• Simulate and analyze changes in manufacturer, pharmacy, and network mix.
• Oversee gross-to-net, chargeback, and 340B leakage/impact models.
• Integrate market and competitive insights into model development.
• Transform analytics into value propositions for manufacturers, specialty pharmacies, and AIC.
• Create customer-facing business review presentations, benchmarking reports, covered-lives forecasts, and growth predictions.
• Maintain reusable data resources and proof points for external stakeholders.
• Act as an analytical partner across manufacturer relations, specialty pharmacy/distribution, and LTN/AIC network expansion.
• Identify data-driven collaboration opportunities that involve clinical/utilization insights, chargeback, and REMS analytics.
• Conduct analysis for LTN AIC partner onboarding and contract renewals.
• Prepare acquisition-cost and value-model analyses alongside the VP and SVP, representing analytics in partner discussions.
• In the first 90 days, evaluate statistics/data sources and establish preliminary acquisition-cost and benchmarking models.
• Within the first year, develop validated value-proposition materials, self-service benchmarking/reporting tools, and real-time GTN, chargeback, and 340B models.
• Over 7 years of experience in pharmaceutical market access, specialty pharmacy, distribution/trade, PBM, GPO, health plan, or specialty provider operations.
• Proven hands-on experience with pricing, chargeback, or gross-to-net analysis.
• Solid understanding of ASP, WAC, GTN, 340B, buy-and-bill, chargebacks, and specialty infusion site-of-care economics.
• Capability to assess trade-offs between acquisition costs, manufacturer value, and employer/AIC savings.
• Proficiency in Excel/Sheets; SQL knowledge is an advantage.
• Demonstrated history of creating analytical materials for external use, including business reviews, benchmarking, and value-proposition presentations.
• Strong written and visual communication skills.
• Preferred: experience in a specialty pharmacy, wholesaler/distributor, infusion provider network, PBM, or integrated care organization.
• Preferred: PharmD, MBA, or training in health economics, or comparable expertise in pricing/analytics.
• Understanding of REMS programs, limited-distribution drugs, and specialty drug distribution.
• Experience in preparing or presenting materials for AMCP, ISPOR, or similar industry conferences is preferred.
• Experience in Pharma GTN or product-level modeling is a plus.
• Familiarity with Claude or similar AI tools for analytics, modeling, and content creation is an advantage.
