📋 Description

• Define, implement, and expand comprehensive talent enablement initiatives throughout the organization

• Design, convey, and execute a multi-year educational strategy

• Create and implement programs aimed at fostering essential skills, learning, growth, engagement, and internal networking

• Develop and supervise onboarding processes, consulting foundation academies, and technical development paths

• Minimize initial ramp-up time and enhance billable utilization for lateral hires, campus groups, and seasoned managers

• Create cohort-based leadership development initiatives focusing on practice enhancement, client acquisition, commercial insight, negotiation, and team mentorship

• Oversee and track Continuing Professional Education and compliance with industry certification standards

• Establish cultural onboarding strategies for assimilating new talent through mergers and acquisitions

• Update the firm’s educational ecosystem utilizing peer workshops, asynchronous micro-learning, simulation-based advisory exercises, and management skills training

• Identify qualitative and quantitative KPIs that assess learning effectiveness, talent retention influence, and client delivery preparedness

• Report directly to the Chief People Officer (CPO)

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of progressive experience in learning, organizational design, talent development, or human capital management

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional services setting

• Proven credibility and a strong track record of influencing senior partners, practice leaders, and executive stakeholders

• Expertise in contemporary adult learning principles, leadership frameworks, performance consulting, and experiential simulation designs customized for billable professionals

• Demonstrated success in mentoring, coaching, and developing team members

• Bachelor’s degree is required
