Director, Learning

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the Learning team

• Take charge of the Learning strategy, encompassing internal onboarding and client certification

• Manage a team that includes a learning experience designer, technical writer, training consultants, and learning operations

• Oversee release planning in collaboration with Product and Marketing

• Handle the content cycle after each release across the knowledge base, portals, and vignette library

• Manage client-specific learning environments in conjunction with PractifiU, from inception to retirement

• Supervise the Learning budget

• Provide reports on learning engagement and its influence on product adoption

• Engage in cross-functional collaborations with Product, Engineering, Client Success, and Client Support

• Report directly to the COO

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in learning, enablement, or technical training

• At least 3 years of experience leading a team

• Proven experience managing a documentation and LMS ecosystem at a significant scale

• Background in collaborating with Product or Engineering on release-driven content

• Capability to directly assess product behavior, including accessing an org and reviewing permission sets before documentation

• B2B SaaS experience is particularly beneficial

• Familiarity with Salesforce terminology is a plus

• Experience in financial services or wealthtech is a bonus

• Quick adaptability to specialized language

• Relevant experience using AI tools to create content
