β€’ Oversee Copeland's comprehensive global leadership development strategy, programs, and experiences.

β€’ Enhance leadership effectiveness, drive performance, and align with business priorities.

β€’ Collaborate with Talent & Performance to enhance readiness for vital leadership roles and succession planning.

β€’ Develop competencies across commercial, operational, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and other essential business areas.

β€’ Create practical and scalable development solutions.

β€’ Convert business and technical expertise into impactful development strategies.

β€’ Integrate development into the workflow and link learning investments to business results.

β€’ Identify future workforce and leadership skill requirements.

β€’ Set up skill-assessment methods to determine strengths, gaps, and development priorities.

β€’ Convert skill insights into actionable plans for capability enhancement, leadership development, talent management, and workforce readiness.

β€’ Spearhead development programs for high-potential talent, successor groups, and Accelerate early-career participants.

β€’ Utilize coaching, mentoring, action learning, stretch assignments, and peer learning to enhance readiness.

β€’ Establish organization-wide strategies for leadership and capability development.

β€’ Utilize learning technologies, including AI-driven solutions.

β€’ Assess program effectiveness through data, stakeholder feedback, and business outcomes.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Extensive expertise in leadership development.

β€’ Proven experience in building commercial, operational, technical, and/or functional capabilities within complex organizations.

β€’ Ability to convert business priorities into actionable development solutions.

β€’ Proficient in collaborating effectively with senior leaders and functional experts.

β€’ Strong expertise in learning design.

β€’ Capacity to assist subject matter experts in transforming business and functional knowledge into clear, engaging, practical, and consistently high-quality development.

β€’ Familiarity with emerging learning technologies, including AI-enabled solutions.

β€’ Legally authorized to work in the United States.

β€’ Must not require current or future work authorization sponsorship.

β€’ Temporary visa holders, including E, F-1 with OPT or CPT, H-1, H-2, L-1, B, J, or TN, are not eligible for hire.
