Director, IT Portfolio Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the business portfolio team to ensure alignment between the IT portfolio and demand.

• Understand the interrelationships of organizational capabilities across various functions or segments.

• Organize and prioritize projects and programs according to IT strategy, strategic roadmap, allocated budgets, and evolving schedules.

• Ensure that adequate financial and organizational resources are dedicated to achieving strategic objectives.

• Implement new or revised programs and large-scale projects for the designated function.

• Support both technical and operational procedures and processes.

• Execute strategic plans and drive towards established goals and objectives.

• Enhance performance metrics.

• Contribute insights into the functional strategy.

• Lead special projects while generating metrics, measurements, and trend reports.

• Oversee large-scale, highly visible programs that involve multiple project teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's Degree.

• A minimum of 8 years of technical experience.

• At least 5 years of management experience.

• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

• Effective communication skills with the ability to deliver presentations to senior leadership.

• Advanced experience in leading special projects and generating metrics, measurements, and trend reports.

• A passion for contributing to an organization dedicated to continuously enhancing consumer experiences.

• A solid understanding of operations, technology, communications, and processes.

• Six Sigma certification is preferred.

• PMP certification is preferred.

• Demonstrated capability in managing large-scale, highly visible programs with oversight of multiple project teams is preferred.

• Minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps for remote or hybrid home/office work.
