This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Design and expand enterprise workforce architecture from start to finish across platforms including Workday, ServiceNow, Microsoft, and innovative AI technologies.

• Lead the assessment, pilot programs, and deployment of agentic AI, Power Platform, Azure AI, Copilot, automation, and intelligent workflows.

• Establish product visions for the workforce, develop multi-year roadmaps, and define metrics for value realization.

• Create business cases for technology investments while monitoring ROI metrics and KPIs.

• Act as a trusted advisor to executives in HR, IT, and business sectors.

• Convert intricate technical strategies into comprehensible business terminology.

• Foster alignment among teams within a matrixed organizational structure.

• Design and expand next-generation workforce capabilities.

• Ensure that platform investments correlate with quantifiable business results and enhanced employee experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, HR, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).

• Over 10 years of progressive experience in HR/Workforce Technology, Enterprise Applications, Product Management, or Solution Architecture.

• More than 5 years of leadership experience overseeing high-performing teams, managing complex product portfolios, or driving enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.

• Strategic architectural expertise in Workday (Core HCM/Integrations), ServiceNow (HRSD/Case Management), and the Microsoft Enterprise Ecosystem (M365, Copilot, Power Platform, Azure AI).

• Proven track record in architecting and scaling AI-enabled workforce tools, automated processes, and solutions that enhance productivity.

• Established ability to spearhead cross-functional projects in intricate corporate environments, formulate high-level business cases, and nurture strong enterprise partnerships.
