
Director, Innovative Enterprise Data Product Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and lifecycle management for Reference Data, Master Data, Metadata, and Standards.
• Develop innovative data products that incorporate business meaning, semantic definitions, reusable measures, standards, metadata, lineage, and clear consumption patterns.
• Collaborate with the Data Enablement Organization to convert strategy into actionable plans.
• Align delivery priorities, eliminate operational obstacles, and ensure products are scalable, dependable, and ready for enterprise use.
• Partner with various teams including business, analytics, technology, Data Partnerships, Innovation and Products, as well as Data Products and Foundations.
• Focus on high-value capabilities and minimize duplication of efforts.
• Enhance product adoption, stakeholder engagement, product performance management, issue prioritization, and continuous improvement.
• Establish product standards, governance routines, intake processes, service expectations, and value metrics.
• Guarantee reliability, reuse, compliance, scalability, and business impact.
• Lead product strategy, delivery, adoption, and governance for Payer, HCP, Omnichannel, and Engagement data products.
• Report directly to the Executive Director of Innovative Data Offerings and Products.
• Work closely with DEO to implement the strategy for trustworthy, reusable, AI-ready data products.
• A bachelor's degree in a related field is mandatory.
• A master's degree in Science and/or an MBA is highly preferred.
• Over 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, technology, data, analytics, or consulting, with a strong emphasis on data products, data strategy, product management, or analytics enablement.
• More than 5 years of domain expertise in reference data, master data, metadata management, data standards, data governance, stewardship, semantic models, product management, and AI-ready data foundations.
• Demonstrated ability to articulate product vision, roadmap, prioritization, use cases, adoption strategies, value metrics, and governance routines within a complex matrixed environment.
• Strong grasp of semantic data products, business definitions, data quality, metadata, lineage, standards, and AI-ready data consumption patterns.
• Proven experience in collaborating with data enablement, platform, technology, analytics, business, governance, and operations teams to execute strategies and scale data products.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating business requirements into data product specifications and clearly presenting complex concepts.
• Understanding of data and the relevant business/domain context.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, manage uncertainty, and adapt to shifting business priorities while keeping focus on measurable outcomes.
• Capability to work remotely from anywhere in the U.S.; certain restrictions may apply based on legal entity.
