
Director, Innovative Customer Data Product Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and lifecycle management for Payer, HCP, Omnichannel, and Engagement products.
• Develop innovative data products that incorporate business significance, semantic definitions, reusable measures, standards, metadata, lineage, and clear consumption patterns.
• Collaborate with the Data Enablement Organization to convert strategy into actionable plans and align delivery priorities.
• Eliminate operational obstacles and ensure that products are scalable, dependable, and prepared for enterprise usage.
• Collaborate with various teams across business, analytics, technology, Data Partnerships, Innovation and Products, as well as Data Products and Foundations.
• Focus on high-value capabilities and minimize duplication.
• Propel product adoption, stakeholder engagement, product performance management, issue prioritization, and continuous improvement.
• Establish product standards, governance routines, intake processes, service expectations, and value metrics.
• Ensure reliability, reusability, compliance, scalability, and business impact.
• Report directly to the Executive Director of Innovative Data Offerings and Products.
• Lead product strategy, delivery, adoption, and governance for Payer, HCP, Omnichannel, and Engagement data products.
• A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• A Master of Science and/or MBA is strongly preferred.
• At least 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, technology, data, analytics, or consulting, with a strong focus on data products, data strategy, product management, or analytics enablement.
• A minimum of 5+ years of domain expertise in customer data, payer/HCP data, omnichannel analytics, customer engagement, commercial analytics, product management, data governance, and AI-ready semantic data products.
• Demonstrated ability to define product vision, roadmap, prioritization, use cases, adoption plans, value measures, and governance routines in a complex matrixed environment.
• Strong understanding of semantic data products, business definitions, data quality, metadata, lineage, standards, and AI-ready data consumption patterns.
• Experience collaborating with data enablement, platform, technology, analytics, business, governance, and operations teams to implement strategy and scale data products.
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate business needs into data product requirements and articulate complex concepts clearly to senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Must possess a strong understanding of both data and the relevant business/domain context to align technical requirements with business needs.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, manage ambiguity, and adapt to evolving business priorities while maintaining focus on measurable outcomes.
• Must be able to work remotely from anywhere in the U.S.; some restrictions may apply based on legal entity.
• Willingness to travel 20% domestically and/or internationally.
