This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the company’s internal IT infrastructure, which encompasses hardware, software, identity and access management, endpoint management, networking, and cloud systems.
• Oversee the complete technology lifecycle for employees, which includes laptop procurement, configuration, deployment, onboarding, support, replacement, and offboarding.
• Supervise Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint, Teams, and other essential business applications.
• Manage device enrollment, configuration, patching, compliance, and endpoint security for a fully remote workforce.
• Create and uphold standardized IT onboarding and offboarding procedures.
• Lead the cybersecurity strategy and controls, covering endpoint protection, MFA, access policies, vulnerability management, incident response, and employee security training.
• Cultivate relationships with external IT service providers, software vendors, and security partners.
• Establish and maintain IT policies, documentation, asset inventories, access controls, and technology standards.
• Collaborate with leadership to assess and adopt new technology, automation, AI, and productivity tools.
• Address technology requirements related to client security evaluations, compliance efforts, cyber insurance, and information security inquiries.
• Formulate a scalable technology roadmap that supports the firm’s ongoing growth.
• Oversee laptop deployment and technology onboarding for a fully remote workforce.
• Develop a standardized device lifecycle management program.
• Administer Microsoft Intune and Entra ID policies.
• Track endpoint compliance, security updates, patching, and vulnerability remediation.
• Assess cybersecurity posture and implement measures for risk reduction.
• Manage the performance of managed service providers and technology vendors.
• Enhance automation for onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Review software and AI tools for security, functionality, integration, and business value.
• Create disaster recovery, business continuity, and incident response protocols.
• Lead system migrations, software implementations, security upgrades, and vendor transitions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
• Over 6 years of experience in information technology, IT operations, infrastructure, systems administration, cybersecurity, or similar roles.
• Substantial experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID/Azure AD, Intune, Teams, and Windows environments.
• Proficient in endpoint management, device deployment, identity and access management, patch management, and cybersecurity tools.
• Strong grasp of cybersecurity principles, including MFA, conditional access, endpoint protection, vulnerability management, phishing prevention, and incident response.
• Proven experience managing MSPs and other third-party technology vendors.
• Experience supporting a remote or geographically distributed workforce is highly preferred.
• Capability to independently resolve technical issues while also developing scalable processes and a long-term technology strategy.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts and risks to non-technical stakeholders.
• High level of ownership, judgment, and discretion when handling confidential company and employee information.
