This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Act as the main HR Business Partner for leaders and teams throughout AG1's international markets, which range from Europe to APAC.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with senior leaders by providing coaching, guidance, and actionable solutions.
• Create and implement people strategies that align with business objectives, global People initiatives, and the specific needs of local markets.
• Offer advice to leaders on international employment practices, regulations, employee relations, organizational changes, performance issues, and personnel decisions.
• Ensure that local practices are consistent with AG1 policies, principles, and the standards set by the global People team.
• Oversee workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, and succession planning.
• Assist leaders in navigating talent and performance processes.
• Identify gaps in talent and capabilities, collaborating on hiring, onboarding, development, career advancement, and retention strategies.
• Provide support for organizational change and transformation initiatives.
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture across international markets.
• Mentor leaders on effective people management, team dynamics, feedback, engagement, and development.
• Collaborate with Total Rewards, People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, and other People teams.
• Foster the adoption and implementation of global People initiatives.
• Leverage people data, trends, and business insights to identify priorities and assess impact.
• Enhance HRBP processes, operational methods, and the overall value of the People team.
• Over 10 years of progressive HR experience, including substantial experience as an HR Business Partner or senior People leader.
• Proven track record of supporting multiple international markets, particularly in Europe and APAC.
• Comprehensive understanding of international employment practices and country-specific employment laws and requirements.
• Extensive HR knowledge across organizational design, workforce planning, employee relations, talent management, performance management, succession planning, engagement, and change management.
• Ability to coach and influence senior leaders while managing complex or sensitive people issues.
• Experience in dynamic, high-growth, geographically diverse organizations.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with a practical approach to execution.
• Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Remarkable attention to detail and capacity to juggle multiple priorities and projects.
• Ability to work collaboratively across various People team specialties and with business leaders.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory.
• Relevant HR certification or equivalent professional credential is preferred.
