Director, HEOR & Value Evidence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Craft and convey the value narrative for a range of diagnostic and therapeutic assets.

• Create and translate economic and outcomes evidence to facilitate reimbursement and market distinction.

• Collaborate with Clinical Development to integrate HEOR endpoints into Phase II–IV study protocols.

• Lead Real-World Evidence research and patient registries.

• Develop studies assessing the clinical utility of diagnostics.

• Assist with Pre-approval Information Exchanges, value proposition initiatives, product launches, payers, and health systems.

• Act as a clinical subject matter expert during discussions with payers.

• Compile evidence packages for CMS National and Local Coverage Determinations.

• Identify evidence deficiencies and execute strategies to address CMS criteria.

• Write and manage AMCP dossiers and specialized HEOR reports.

• Supervise Budget Impact Models and Cost-Effectiveness Analyses for therapeutic and diagnostic processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• PhD, PharmD, or MD in Health Economics, Epidemiology, Public Health, or a relevant discipline.

• Over 5 years of HEOR experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology field.

• Demonstrated success in supporting both diagnostic and therapeutic products.

• In-depth knowledge of CMS reimbursement pathways and evidence standards.

• Proficiency in RWE methodology and longitudinal database analysis.

• Outstanding presentation abilities and capacity to communicate complex clinical and economic data to varied audiences.

• Capability to report directly to cross-functional leadership and collaborate within a matrix organization to influence brand strategy.
