This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Develop and implement the comprehensive product strategy for packaged, white-label, and custom integrations across partner ecosystems, white-label distributions, and embedded product experiences.
• Manage the product roadmap from initial discovery and prioritization to delivery, launch, adoption, and ongoing enhancement.
• Collaborate with Partnerships, Revenue, and Marketing teams to boost partner activation, product adoption, partner-led growth, and the effective scaling of reseller, embedded, white-label, and integration relationships.
• Facilitate partners in successfully selling, supporting, and scaling G-P-powered offerings by addressing lifecycle challenges.
• Act as the senior product liaison for HRIS, payroll, platform, reseller, and embedded partners.
• Shape joint roadmaps, align priorities, close product gaps, and translate mutual commitments into market success.
• Convert recurring partner requirements into reusable platform capabilities, APIs, workflows, configuration models, and product primitives.
• Link product investments to partner-generated revenue, adoption, activation, attachment, expansion, retention, implementation speed, and time-to-value.
• Outline the technical roadmap for enterprise integrations leveraging iPaaS platforms and API functionalities.
• Utilize AI capabilities to improve integrations and white-label products with smart, automated workflows.
• Coordinate partner requirements across EOR, Contractor, Platform, and shared functionalities.
• Establish scalable product and operational frameworks in collaboration with Partnerships, Sales, Operations, Support, and Customer Success.
• Keep track of market trends, the evolution of partner ecosystems, competitive offerings, and emerging distribution models.
• Represent G-P’s integration solutions through high-level presentations and relationships with C-suite executives, enterprise clients, and industry forums.
• Over 10 years of experience in product management, enterprise integration strategy, or partner product leadership within dynamic SaaS environments.
• Demonstrated success as a commercial product leader, driving strategic integrations, platform adoption, and multi-channel partner expansion in SaaS.
• Experience in developing and scaling products for reseller, white-label, embedded, marketplace, platform, or ecosystem distribution models.
• Strong comprehension of partner and platform product investments and their influence on revenue, adoption, expansion, retention, and overall business performance.
• Proven experience in driving partner activation, adoption, operational success, and continual product uptake.
• Ability to engage directly with large enterprise technology partners, manage collaborative product roadmaps, navigate interdependencies, and influence senior stakeholders.
• Extensive knowledge of contemporary iPaaS platforms, enterprise APIs, and scalable data integration architectures.
• Interest or experience in AI-driven product functionalities for enterprise integrations, white-label solutions, and partner platform features.
• Capability to align Product, Engineering, Partnerships, Revenue, Operations, Support, and Marketing towards common objectives.
• In-depth HR tech domain knowledge, including HCM, HRIS, payroll, global employment, contractor management, and enterprise workforce software ecosystems.
• Outstanding executive-level presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with enterprise SaaS platforms and complex B2B integrations.
• Background in reseller, white-label, embedded, platform, or strategic partner product frameworks.
• Practical experience in building packaged, white-label, and custom integration solutions for enterprise clients.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering teams and external technical partners to define and deliver integration and platform capabilities.
• Experience in driving measurable adoption and commercial success through partner ecosystems.
• Knowledge of HR tech, HCM, payroll systems, compliance workflows, and enterprise data flows is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with API monetization, platform business models, or partner-led growth is a notable asset.
