Director, GTM Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic partner to GTM leadership, transforming initial insights into identified challenges and implemented programs.

• Identify performance deficiencies utilizing funnel data, call assessments, feedback from representatives, and collaboration with RevOps.

• Develop and oversee the onboarding process for new GTM hires to expedite their ramp-up period.

• Collaborate with marketing and technical subject matter experts (SMEs) to craft messaging and positioning.

• Create and execute programs that span pipeline generation, discovery, stage conversion, deal progression, onboarding, retention, and expansion.

• Implement programs in conjunction with function owners through structured checkpoints and integrated measurement.

• Empower sales, BDR, and customer success managers to reinforce and maintain programs.

• Establish and lead the enablement team; define strategies for technical enablement and field coaching.

• Assess impact on representative performance and business outcomes, discontinuing programs that prove ineffective.

• Conduct audits of enablement throughout the funnel and launch initiatives to address identified gaps.

• Collaborate across sales, BDR, customer success, marketing, and RevOps.


⛳️ Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience in a mix of sales, sales leadership, enablement, or training and instructional design, preferably with B2B SaaS exposure.

• Sufficient experience within or alongside a revenue team to gain immediate credibility with representatives.

• Proven experience in managing or developing team members.

• Demonstrated success in designing and implementing programs that resulted in measurable performance enhancements.

• Practical experience with conversation intelligence tools such as Gong or Chorus, with the capability to translate call reviews into targeted coaching plans.

• Proficient in working directly with funnel data, either independently or in collaboration with RevOps.

• Strong comprehension of sales processes and methodologies, along with fluency in full-funnel metrics.

• Experience in enabling post-sale teams or a demonstrated interest in doing so.

• Exceptional communication and facilitation abilities.

• No specific educational qualifications are required.
