Director, Growth Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead S&OP forecasting and demand signal modeling to synchronize member growth with capacity.

• Supervise the comprehensive execution of millions of monthly marketing interactions through email, direct mail, and SMS.

• Develop and uphold Virta's marketing “Operating System” to standardize campaign playbooks, leverage opportunistic strategies, and manage cross-functional guidelines.

• Oversee vendor collaborations and marketing infrastructure to enhance cost-per-touchpoint and scale output efficiently.

• Lead and mentor the Growth Operations team while directing dedicated analytics resources.

• Examine campaign execution workflows and uncover opportunities for process standardization within the initial 90 days.

• Evaluate and refine S&OP forecasting models in collaboration with Finance and Analytics.

• Set baseline operational metrics for cost-per-touchpoint and campaign quality assurance accuracy.

• Coordinate with GM (Client) and Innovation (Content/Lifecycle) teams on repeatable campaign strategies and custom or opportunistic communications.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience in Growth/Marketing Operations or S&OP planning, preferably within health tech or B2B2C sectors.

• Advanced proficiency in forecasting and analytical modeling utilizing Looker, Sheets, and Salesforce.

• Strong knowledge of ESP systems such as Braze, Iterable, or HubSpot.

• Demonstrated success in executing complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns at scale with accuracy.

• Expertise in standardizing chaotic workflows into playbooks and navigating cross-functional boundaries.

• Experience in designing and implementing repeatable AI-enabled workflows that alleviate team bottlenecks and enhance efficiency.

• Technical understanding of data flows and ingestion pipelines, including CDPs that support targeting and segmentation.
