This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the demand generation strategy and execution systems for BRIDGE.
• Share a pipeline target with the Sales team and oversee marketing's contribution to it.
• Develop the demand generation plan and implement campaigns across various channels.
• Execute account-based marketing initiatives aimed at a specified target account list.
• Manage the budget, strategy, and daily performance of key paid B2B channels.
• Oversee all marketing aspects of HubSpot, including segmentation, lifecycle programs, and lead scoring.
• Ensure the health of marketing data and maintain email deliverability standards.
• Create reports that link spending to pipeline and revenue generation.
• Present performance reports to leadership and clarify any fluctuations in results.
• Assess and select growth-stack tools, facilitate lead migrations, and collaborate with Sales Operations on platform governance.
• Conduct ongoing experiments across channels, offers, and conversion strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations, SDR partner agencies, and CRM stakeholders to define and manage lead handoffs.
• A minimum of 8 years in demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing.
• Significant experience in B2B marketing.
• Experience at the director level or readiness for director-level responsibilities as a senior manager.
• Proven experience taking ownership of a pipeline number.
• Capability to quantify marketing-sourced or influenced pipeline or revenue and articulate measurement methods.
• Practical experience in executing paid campaigns personally.
• Experience in constructing a marketing automation platform.
• Proven ability to build a function, platform, or measurement system from the ground up.
• Strong analytical skills, including attribution analysis and performance data interpretation.
• Experience in negotiating lead definitions and expectations for handoffs with Sales.
• Familiarity with account-based platforms and intent data.
• Experience in establishing or migrating a marketing automation or CRM platform.
• Knowledge of web analytics and structured testing methodologies.
• Ability to work remotely, with potential for occasional travel.
